Anxiety is a heightened state of anticipation and apprehension so that it’s hard to feel relaxed about things that are around or ahead. We may also create the state of anxiety through ‘what if’ thinking which creates a lot of worry when the idea of something may not be as bad as we think.
We all feel the uncertainty; we are living within something that is unpredictable and indefinite in terms of the impact on our lives. It’s important that we take care of ourselves by acknowledging how we are affected by the culture that surrounds us.
