LOSS OF IDENTITY
Not feeling good about who you are
Lost
Life may feel a bit meaningless. You may have lost a clear sense of who you really are and lack a positive self-identify. You may not be sure what you care about, where your passion lies. You may not feel engaged in, or motivated by anything. You may be reconfiguring yourself and life after stress/illness/crisis and other life events.
Stuck
Negative or cyclical thoughts and feelings may be disrupting or clouding you, causing confusion. You may feel flat or ineffective, without energy and purpose and not know how to move forward.
Unfulfilled
You may feel you aren’t going anywhere, you want something different or more, but you are not sure what. You need something to shift to get your mojo back. You know there must be more to life and need a challenge or a purpose.

You may need to manage or make transitions after events, or move on, but feel indecisive and unsure about how, what to do next or which direction to take. You may not be clear about what you want or have a vision.
Fear
You think you know what you want but may feel tentative about making the changes you need to make and your capacity to make them. You may think the risk might be too high or you don’t feel confident about the next steps and want a security net.
Procrastination
You have many potential ideas and thoughts but may lack the focus and drive to achieve them. You may put-off doing things and then feel bad about being unproductive. You may feel like you never follow through but just can’t seem to stick at things.
DISCONNECTION
A lack of ease with self and others
Stress
Your patterns of thoughts, behavior or communication aren’t feeling positive or serving your relationships. You may be feeling undermined, undervalued and defensive; reacting negatively. You lack a sense of calm and ease and things may feels complex.
Anxiety
You may be withdrawing from other’s invitations and social situations, feeling uncomfortable. You may be feeling lonely as a result of isolating yourself. Challenge is a major hurdle and creates tension.
Overwhelm
You may be finding it hard to be yourself and everything feels heavy, noisy and too much. You could be comparing yourself to others and worrying about what they think. You may feel like you don’t belong. You may be feeling worthless and a failure.
